How do I clean the MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ fabric?
The seat fabrics (plush, classic and cool mesh) and the newborn insert are machine washable. We recommend washing them in cold water on the gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry separately on low heat and remove promptly from dryer.
What's the difference between the plush, classic and cool mesh fabrics?
The MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ is available in a plush, classic, and cool mesh seat fabric. The plush seat fabric is a softer, blanket-like material, available in two patterns: multi plush and silver plush. The classic seat fabric is a smooth, woven polyester material and is available in both grey and black. The cool mesh seat fabric is a breathable, mesh material and is available in dark grey. All are easily removable, machine washable, durable and comfortable.

While both feature 5 unique motions that bounce up and down and sway from side to side, just like parents do, the MamaRoo Sleep Bassinet and the MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ have different uses to provide baby the comfort or entertainment they need.
The MamaRoo Sleep Bassinet features a firm, flat sleep surface that is designed to help your baby fall asleep and stay asleep longer. It can be used for both overnight sleep and naps throughout the day.
The MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ is designed to comfort, soothe, and entertain your baby. It can be used throughout the day or when parents need a hands-free moment. The MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ is not intended for extended or overnight sleep since it is neither a flat surface (there is always a slight recline) or a firm surface as recommended by pediatricians. If your baby falls asleep in the MamaRoo® Multi-Motion Baby Swing™ and you’re not able to provide the required supervision, we recommend moving the baby to a separate approved sleep surface.
